Today is the most memorable day of my life.I didn't expect that it would be great when I woke up and started my day.I had a great time with my friends and yummy food.....We were five in group enjoying the day.We all gathered at one of my friends' home for a get together. We were having fun with music and chatting and we were all alone in her home.So we were tired after sometime so thought of cooking something for lunch.
We saw her mom's recipe book in the kitchen and started choosing some thing to cook and eat.We all decided to cook "Aaloo Vaangi Masala Rice".Because we had all ingredients only for this recipe. All of us know a little of cooking,so putting all our efforts together we cooked it.It was damn tasty and colorful to look at.It was like a team project succesfully executed....!!!It looked delicious like this....
After having this yummy aaloo vangi masala rice.We were feeling too lazy to leave the place. So we thought of watching a movie at her home.We watched Avataar in the 3D LED TV (with home theatre system).Later after the movie,we had some tea and biscuits. Then we were taking a look of the pets in her home.I liked the love birds among her pets.
It was six thirty in the evening,we planned to finish off the dinner before we return. This time we were not ready to cook.So went to a restaurant named Hundreds Heritage nearby. Its really a nice restaurant with antic pieces all around, like windows, walls and other decors.I saw an old radio,an old telephone and an old hookka machine there.
It was a North Indian restaurant. We ordered for Kulchas,Fried Rice,Lucknow Biryani and some other stuff.I didn't know that Lucknow was famous for biryani. It was spicy and tasty and was served in a mud pot.We ordered Palak paneer for kulchas, panner was soft and tasty.Chef at the restaurant has a garlic flavour in almost every dish.May be he must have read somewhere about the health benefits of garlic....!!!
We had a yummy dinner and paid thousand rupees for five people. We ate so much that our tummies could not afford for drinking water. So finally the day came to an end.I really had a good company and an exciting day after many months of daily routines. So I am gonna miss my friends seriously after my graduation.....
