Trip to Nandi Hills

Last week,I went on a trip to Nandi Hills with four of my friends. Its a scenic hill station located on an  altitude of 4851 feet above sea level. It is about 60km from Bangalore. The name Nandi hills originated from 'nandidurga'.Traditionally this palce is called 'kushmandagiri' since there were six rivers flowing in near about this hillock during ancient times.

We started at 6 am in the morning and reached there around 7 am. The ghat road journey was really superb and no words to describe the weather, view and fresh air of woods and mountains. It was not like a place on the earth..!!

After reaching the tip of the hillock, we went to Tippu Sultan's lodge, a TV tower, Flower gardens, Temple and Bamboo tree house. The climate was not sunny, it was purely luck. Moreover the place is clean and green.

After spending about four hours roaming, jumping, climbing and enjoying we returned back to Bangalore. We reached the city exactly at 1pm. We went for lunch to an andhra restaurant and had a delicious tommy full lunch. It was a great day with fun and excitement....!!! One of the most memorable days after joining BSchool..!
